Preparation steps
- VEGETABLE CREAM, for cake firmness / sour cream / ground sugar / mixed pineapple combined in cream
- Spread butter on all sides of the mold and sprinkle well with biscuits
- Divide the cream into 3 parts, sprinkle a generous amount of biscuits between each and lightly press into the cream, finish with the biscuit

cool down and after 1-2h you can already cut, although it is perfectly firm the second day and cuts beautifully… although there is no gelatin…
