Preparation steps

  • Kale is cut into small pieces, potatoes into smaller cubes, carrots into rings, all put in 1l of water and boiled. Add spices: pepper, salt and vegeta. Meanwhile, in another pan, fry the onion and garlic, add the minced meat, add the mashed tomatoes and cook gently for a total of 20 mins. When done, add the minced meat to the kale, and then to it all, add the rice and cook for another 15 mins.

Serving

The dish is served warm. Good apetite! :)
